DELIVERY
1 When can I expect my order to be delivered?
We currently aim to deliver your order within 10 working days.
You can track your orders in My Account > "My Orders".
2 You are shipping from France, do I have to worry about extra charges?

You can freely place your order with no extra costs. Please allow an additional day for delivery.
5 Delivery delay updates
During busier periods for example the sales or Black Friday we do sometimes encounter some delays. But we try our best to get everything with you as soon as possible. You can track your orders in "My Account" > "View My Orders".
5 Isle of Skye delivery updates
Starting from July 22nd, all deliveries to the Isle of Skye will be redirected to nearby ParcelShops. Customers will receive email notifications when their parcels arrive at the depot and again when they're ready for pickup. ParcelShops will retain parcels for up to 10 days. Returns can also be made through these ParcelShops.
Isle of Skye covers the following postcode sectors: IV41, IV42, IV43, IV44, IV45, IV46, IV47, IV48, IV49, IV51, IV55 and IV56.
Here is a list of ParcelShops customers can access:

7 I have placed an order but have not received a confirmation email. What should I do?
You can check that your order has been received by logging into your account on My Account > My orders. Please also check in your spam folder, if you still cannot find the order confirmation email you can either contact us by Facebook Messenger, or click here to email us.

Our customization service, such as first name embroideries, is currently unavailable.
However, we are working on it. We hope to be able to offer this service soon.
